the best bank~??

There was one time when i really thought maybank has the best banking systems in Malaysia..but today, i really think that maybank sucks~!! At the back of my atm card, there's a customer service contact number that they claimed as operating 24-hours. But i couldn't even get the phone ringing.. what the heck~?? I sent an enquiry email to maybank, and i received no reply until now..

What is my problem~? I deposited a crossed-cheque at this so-called atm last Thursday [30th April] and checked my account's balance on the day after. The cheque amount went floating...fine~! But when the amount kept on floating until Tuesday, this is horse-shit~! That was the moment when i started to contact the customer service....and due to all these bull-shits, i don't have any idea what is wrong with the cheque.. I managed to finally talk to the customer service representative, but this silly 'malay' lady didn't seem to be interested in helping.. all she knew was.."saya tak tau la encik, saya tak tau la encik..." [kalau tak tau, jgn hidup la.. mati je terus..tak payah susahkan org lain~!!]

After all that had happened to me, i don't think i wanna use this bank anymore..the service sucks~! If they cannot entertain their own customer, why borther keep my money in their bank~?? And this is not the first time I had it....it's been my 2nd time, and that's it~! I'm not willing to go thru this silly experience for the 3rd time...thank you very much~!!!!

What is a good boss~??

1. A boss who never asked for respects from his/her employees, but he/she gains it from them.
2. A boss who never forced his/her staff to greet him/her every time he/she walks into office.
3. A boss who understands what the responsibilities of his/her staff by assigning the right tasks to the right personnel. (Can u ask a plumber to fix wiring at ur house? U’re not that fool right?)
4. A boss who does not use words like: ‘I don’t care!!’ whenever he/she likes.
5. A boss who does good plan in running his/her business, and not totally depending on his/her staff to get his/her asses cleared just like that.
6. A boss who is having high respects for his/her staff, even to a tea lady.
7. A boss who does not bring his/her mood into the office. Laugh with all employees whenever he/she wants, moody with all staff whenever he/she likes.
8. A boss who does not ask his/her designer to develop content for him/her. Because he/she knows that content development comes from the owner of the business, he/she shouldn’t have asked the designer to develop content for the business. Designers’ work is to design, content development is the work of a copywriter.
9. A boss who does not allow his/her staff to wear jeans in office but the boss does it.
10. A boss who drives a quality car and not a typical car that even a clerk can posses.

Mari merempit~!!

Aku ni seboleh2 tak nak cerita pasal benda ni.. tapi kira cincai la hari ni, rasa mcm nak bercerita pulak kan.. Sebenarnye, takde motif pun bukak tajuk ni sekarang ni. Aku bukan nak ajak korg semua bincang tentang cara nak atasi masalah rempit kat negara kita ni~! :p
Sebab puak2 ni mmg jenis takkan makan saman. Buat road-block merata2 pun, kene hentak ngan polis pun masih sama gak.. langsung takde rasa takut kat polis.. Lagi disekat, lagi la merebak bilangan.. dan fakta yg paling menarik ialah.. sektor rempit ni dimonopoli oleh golongan bangsa apa~?? hahahaha.. bagus, baguss..

Meh kita perhati, apa je aktiviti2 golongan rempit nih.. Pertama, suka bwk moto laju2.. (walaupun pd aku idak le laju mana pon, eksen je lebey..) pastu dlm kelompok yg besar, dlm 10-20 bijik motor.. sampaikan kereta semua jadik kalut nak ngelak monyet2 nih.. Kedua, terutama mlm minggu.. diorg ni suke bertepek kt tepi2 jalan.. siap susun motor masing2 elok jerk..pastu masing2 kontrol ensem atas motor diorg.. biasanye, dalam satu group gerenti ada sekor atau dua 'tukang karut' ..jenis yg over2 le.. tak tau le apa yg diorg dok borak smpai berjam2.. yg menambah pelik tu, dlm seramai2 lelaki dlm satu kelompok tu..tetiba sesat lak awek sorg dua.. dan kalau tgk kelibat jerk, mmg jenis bawah umo la tuh..ketara sgt~!! Sape la mak bapak dia ek :p ...Ketiga, yg ni makin berat la nih.. udah la bwk motor laju2 dgn geng, pastu sekor tergesel ngan mana2 kereta.. pergh, pakat satu geng dia tu 15-20 org pegi kepung kereta tu.. wat gaya ganas masing2, samseng la katanye kan.. nak bedal si drebar kereta tuh.. tambah2 kwn tu drive sorg2.. naik la tocang monyet2 nih~! Dah le susahkan orang, pastu langgar org, ditibai lak org tu ramai2...karut gile arr~! Keempat, tambah karut la bila dah smpai tahap meragut dan menyamun segala.. adoi laa, kalau rasa takde duit tu.. pegi la carik kerja.. jgn amek duit org.. penat jerk kwn tu keja carik duit, korg amek senang2 jerk.. hina sungguh~!
...dan Kelima, hehehe...puak2 ni dah mula menjinak-jinakkan diri di dalam bidang perfileman.. yg ni aku kagum la skit kan~! Filem2 yg dikeluarkan semuanye jenis cerita2 pendek... dan format filem tu mest dlm bentuk 3gp...hehehehe, bagus je..bangga tayang muka..tak tau la nak komen~!

Tiap kali aku keluar rumah..tak kire la nak pegi mana2 pun, aku harap sgt dpt jumpe kemalangan yg jenis2 mcm dlm gamba kt atas nih.. tapi bkn senang nk terserempak dgn situasi camni pun.. cuma yg aku perasan, ada satu kepuasan bila tgk gamba nih.. maaf cakap la ye, bkn aku nak persendakan mayat/arwah.. setidak2nye kurang la sorg golongan monyet2 jalanan kat negara kita nih.. Abis tu, dah buat mcm2 utk banteras diorg, takde hasil gak.. apa lg kita nak buat~? Biar diorg pupus sendirik je la.. Aku ni paling suke kalau pegi ngeteh kat kedai mamak, then dok sblh2 ngan meja geng rempit.. sbb nak dengar apa diorg dok borak.. menarik je dgr citer2 'kosong' diorg.. rasanye kat mana2 pun, topik perbualan diorg mmg tersekat pada beberapa isu jerk...modify motor, awek (bohsia), sun-glass ray ban, dah boring ngan tmpt keja (biasanye despatch la..)..hahaha, comel gile monyet2 nih~! Borak stok2 takde zat lgsg.. aku ni takde la pandai sgt,tapi aku pun tak sebodoh puak2 nih~!! Umur masing2 pun..payah la nak jumpe usia yg dah cecah smpai 28 tahun... sume stok2 kulit tegang2 lagik, blm kedut.. pastu rambut blkg ada ekor seciput jerk, siap kaler perang.. dan trade-mark utama, topi keledar Apollo..mesti nk pakai helmet yg lg besar dr kepala dia, pastu tali tak pakai.. dok biar terjuntai jerk.. adehh.. get a life la weh~! So.. tu je la citer aku utk hari nih.. aku bkn nk bg cadangan utk membanteras gejala rempit nih.. saje boring, sambil2 nak siapkan keja.. kesimpulan aku satu jerk, geng rempit ni ialah golongan melayu taraf terendah..very the low-class...lantak korg la, asal tak kaco aku jerk~!!

What is Failure~??

There's one simple definition that best suits the meaning of Failure 'an act that fails'

While other than that can simply be..'not successful'.. Don't tell me you never experienced any failures in your life, coz I'm not buying it.. The arguement that I'd like to raise here is, do we learn from it~? Well, most people do..but some people don't.. I don't like failure~! Especially in doing something that I am very interested in.. it hurts~! and makes me feel like I am a perfect loser..

There are few possible factors that may lead you to failures:

• Not well-prepared before you start doing something..
• Insufficient materials/resources..
• You under-estimate the problems..
  (i.e. over-confident with you capabilities)
• Miss-communication

Now let us go thru those factors in details. There might be more than I've already mentioned above, but lets begin with the fundamentals:

NOT WELL-PREPARED BEFORE YOU START DOING SOMETHING
This is the most famous and main cause of a failure. Why did she fails~? ..because she wasn't prepared to do it. Preparation seems to be the most important thing to do before action is taken. For example, if I need to instal an application into a server ..I need to come up with a strategy, what comes first and what is next. And once the strategy has been designed, I need to follow it during implemantations. Or else, I will fail... I cannot expect everything can be done as planned. Especially when working on something that requires 'try and error' methods.

INSUFFICIENT MATERIALS/RESOURCES
This can be considered as secondary factor of a failure. Slightly related to not being well-prepared, we have to define everything that is required before necessary action is taken. I'll throw in a very basic example, if I were to design a graphic.. of course I'll need to get a Photoshop software installed on my pc.. or else, I'd rather go watch tv.. Meaning to say, working on something without sufficient materials or resources can never succeed~!

UNDER-ESTIMATING THE PROBLEMS
This is not so popular compared to those 2 causes mentioned above. But you need to take this seriously. Let say when you already have a strategy that complies with the action, and you are equipped with sufficient materials/resources.. and yet, you still fail. This could be caused by your ownself being too confident of doing it. So suddenly you realize that the knowledge required to solve the problem is out of your reach... Now that I know.. apart of being well-prepared, I also need to define the problem first and ask myself.. 'Do I have the capacity~?'

MISS-COMMUNICATION
Again..this another factor that doesn't seem to be popular, but can still happen. Communication is very important especially when you're working in team. Even if you're working alone, you still need to communicate with your customer/client. As long as everyone involved in the project knows what is going on, miss-communication will not be an issue anymore. It does happen.. and will surely lead to failures..

Conlusion.. if you're ok with all factors mentioned above, you're 95% on the right path.. so if you wanna do something, do it seriously~!!

What is BLOG~??

A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background to update and maintain the blog....

All these while I've been seeing people building up their blogs, without any desire of having my own. As days went by, things were getting clearer that some people are using their blogs for various reasons. The most that we can simply find on the internet will be the blogs that tell you what 'they' do, where 'they' eat, or who 'they' meet. Those are considered as normal blogs. Some abnormal blogs do exist~! The one who is known as a controversial blogger like Raja Petra became so popular on TV. And there's another person who proposed Malaysian citizens to hang Jalur Gemilang upside down (I can't recall his name..).

In the US, there's one man called Rich Schefren (photo), uses blog as a medium of delivering his thoughts on internet marketing. I subscribed for his newsletter.. and most of the time, his newsletter never seemed to disappoint me~! Meaning, those are the things that directly relate to what I would wanna know about. I don't go searching for them, it came to me like a bus on the street. This guy seems to be giving out free talks on big seminars around the US. The moment I knew him, I've been guessing.. how does he make money out of free services that he's been giving out to the worldwide~? Then only I realized the fact that despite giving out free information and useful input, he has his own coaching programme and meant to the subscribers who are really really interested in it. Do you have any idea how much does it cost for subscribers to join for that programme~? I may have forgotten the exact cost coz I got to know it from someone else. It's something like 5 figures in USD.. can you believe it~? And he managed to build up his own network society, full of his own followers. I hate to tell you that I wanna become like him someday, coz I'm not~! The point that I'd like to emphasize here is.. how easy can he makes money from a blog..

Why did I finally get my own blog set on the internet~? Hermm.. let me think about how to answer this question... Most of the time, I have lots of things to talk about. But it is so unfortunate that I am not living in the right place that I wish it could be. I'm surrounded by people who are interested in talking about entertainment, entertainment, and entertainment.. What's worse comes from the other side of the society who use internet for chatting. I never stood a chance to talk or share about anything other than entertainment or chit-chatting bulls**ts.. And I guess that tells you the reason why I ended up having my own blog set among those available on the internet. I could simple jot down what flies in mind regardless of people are gonna go thru them or not. What do I get to lose anyway~? Probably some day, many years from now, I will find the right person for me to share my thoughts and ideas with.. or perhaps exchange thoughts with each other.. It doesn't matter how long will it take to wait for someone to respond to my articles....I will still be waiting~!! ;)
